Nice is Nice

I'm sure you probably heard about the South of France from magazines, television, movies, etc.. And how glamorous it all is.. It's home to St. Tropez, Monaco, Cannes, and Nice (pronounced Neese).. Stomping grounds for the stars, models, etc.. Well, it really is all that they make it out to be.. I was supposed to make it here last Friday by 6, but the hi-speed train I was originally supposed to get on was all booked so my only option was to take an overnight train from Paris to Nice. Had I taken the hi-speed train my trip would've only been under 3 hours, and I would have arrived in time to catch dinner.. Instead, I took the night train which took off at 21:15pm(9:15) and arrived in Nice at 830am.. Honestly some of the worst sleep I've ever had usually happens when its on a train.. With all the mishaps aside, seeing the sun and the ocean will honestly make you forget about all the complexities of life.. Especially seeing whales jumping in the water out in the distance..

the night life in nice had the potential to be dope.. but i can't force everyone to be on the same page as me.. 19 is a ripening age for some, but the comfort of home keeps many of my peers from growing up like they should.. but yo, the pics from the night before will never surface because there are none.. also, due to negligence, and a disregard for belongings of others personal space; my beloved camera is now desecrated.. i'll still manage though, so don't fret.. lcds are overrated anyways right? .. naw, who am i kidding.. they're key... o well.. more good times to come, ill just have a harder time trying to capture it .. but its all good, im in paradise..

well, its time for me to go and look out my window and see the sun and "picturesque" view and forgot about all my worries.. l8er!
